Terms & Conditions

1. Payment of Session Fees

Session dates /times are booked by mutual agreement (both coach and client).  All sessions must be paid for in advance. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking.

2. Cancellation of Session by Client

​

Should you need to cancel for any reason, a 24-hour cancellation policy is in place. Unfortunately, if less than 24hrs notice is given, the cost of the session will need to be paid in full.

3. If a lesson needs to be rescheduled by your Coach

​

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, resulting in your coach being unable to proceed with a prepaid session, an alternative date will be found that is of mutual convenience for all parties involved.

4. Block bookings

​

Block bookings will receive a % discount. This is determined at the time of booking.  Block bookings are non-refundable.  Should the client wish not to complete the block booking, the remaining sessions will be forfeited.

5. Client Safety

​

Coaching is available from 10yrs+  For one: one in-person sessions, all persons under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.  For zoom sessions, whilst it is not necessary for an adult to join the zoom call, an adult is required to be in the same vicinity as a child under the age of 16.

Health - please inform your coach of any health concerns you have that may affect your development, especially any vocal health concerns.  It may be prudent for you to see a medical professional if you have any underlying voice conditions.
